How do I make a reservation?

Magic Ride Transportation has three convenient ways for you to make a reservation.  You may make a reservation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year online at www.magicridetransportation.com.    You may speak to a reservation specialist between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm EST 7 days a week by calling our toll free or local number.  You may also send an email to info@magicridetransportation.com.  Confirmation to all reservation requests will be sent to you within 24 hours.

What is your cancellation policy? 

All cancellations may be made at any time with no consequences up to 24 hours prior to your arrival by calling our toll free number or by sending us an email to info@magicridetransportation.com.  If your cancellation is not made within 24 hours prior to your arrival, you will be responsible for the full reservation rate.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Magic Ride Transportation tracks the flight status of our guests to make sure that our chauffeurs are dispatched on time.  If your flight is early or delayed, your chauffeur will be there for you on time at the “meet and greet” by baggage claim.  If your flight is cancelled, please give us a call at our toll free number so that we can obtain your new flight information and have a chauffeur waiting for you upon your arrival.
If you miss a flight or a connection you will be responsible for calling us and letting us know your new flight information as soon as your original flight departs.  Magic Ride Transportation will still be able to fulfill your reservation; however, additional charges may apply if we are not promptly notified.  Missing a flight or a connection is not considered a cancellation and you will be responsible for your full rate.

How do I change my initial reservation?

If you have to change your initial reservation please give us at our toll free number or send us an email at info@magicridetransportation.com and we will be happy to update your existing reservation.  Please note that additional charges may apply in certain situations.

How far in advance should I book my reservation?

We strongly recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.  The minimum time required is 2 hours.  The more time you allow us to plan for your arrival, the better we will be able to make sure that all your needs are taken care of.

What are your payment options?

 Magic Ride Transportation accepts all major credit cards, cash and travelers checks.  Credit cards that are used to hold the reservation will not be charged until 24 hours prior to your arrival.  Cash and travelers checks are due at time of pick up.  Unfortunately no personal checks will be accepted.  Please keep in mind that if you decide to pay with cash or travelers check that you will be required to pay the full fare in the event of a no show if our cancellation policy is not followed.

What is included in my reservation rate and is that rate guaranteed? 

After you have a confirmation number, your chauffeur is guaranteed to be there for you.  Included in your reservation rate is a professional chauffeur who will be waiting in the “meet and greet” area holding a sign with your name on it, luggage assistance by your chauffeur, airport fees and toll road fees.  Magic Ride Transportation also offers complimentary child car seats and a complimentary 30 minute grocery stop if mentioned that they will be needed at the time the reservation is made.  Magic Ride Transportation always stands behind the price you reserved as long as your needs match your reservation.  If additional services are needed at the time of your arrival, Magic Ride Transportation chauffeurs will do everything they can to accommodate your requests; however, additional fees may apply for those services.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting on time at the “meet and greet” area by baggage claim.  He will be holding a sign with your name or your company name on it.  In the event that you can’t locate your chauffeur, please call our toll free number and our staff will immediately assist you.

Will my chauffeur help with my luggage? 

Magic Ride Transportation chauffeurs are professional and will always treat our guests with the utmost respect.  All of our chauffeurs have over 5 years driving experience.  Our chauffeurs will always help you with your luggage and try to accommodate any request that you may have.

Is gratuity for my chauffeur included in the price? 

Gratuity is not included in your reservation price.   Although customary in the United States, giving your chauffeur a tip is completely at your discretion.  Gratuity normally ranges between 15-20%.  Anything you wish to give is greatly appreciated by our chauffeurs.

What language will my chauffeur speak?

All of our chauffeurs speak English.  We can also accommodate Spanish, Portuguese, and French.  We may be able to accommodate other languages.  Feel free to ask us in your reservation and we will do what we can to fulfill your request.

May I request a stop once I have been picked up?

Magic Ride Transportation is committed to making sure all of your needs are fulfilled.  Because we guarantee on time service to all of our guests, we cannot guarantee that your chauffeur will have the time to stop; however, he will do his best to accommodate any of your requests.  It is best to let your reservation specialist know that you may need to make a stop so we can make sure our chauffeur can fulfill this request.  We do offer a complimentary 30 minutes grocery stop with round trip rides.  Just let us know that you will need this when you make your reservation.

If I am traveling with a small child will a car seat be provided?  

Florida law requires all children under the age of 5 be protected with an approved and properly used child restraint device.  For children under 3, Florida law requires that they be in a separate car seat.  For children ages 4 and 5, a car seat or a seat belt may be used.  Magic Ride Transportation is committed to the safety of our passengers.  We provide complimentary car seats if you let us know in your reservations that you need one.

Is your company insured? 

Magic Ride Transportation, LLC is fully licensed and bonded with the State of Florida.  Each of our operating vehicles are insured in compliance with Florida law.  We carry $1,000,000 liability coverage on each of the vehicles we operate.  Our insurance information is available inside every vehicle and can be produced by our chauffeurs for inspection upon request.

What do I do in case of an emergency regarding my reservation?
